Modern Slavery Statement
INTRODUCTION
SG International Holdings Ltd (SGIH) (including its UK subsidiary, CBW Group Holdings Ltd) is committed to the prevention, deterrence and detection of modern slavery and human trafficking.
In light of the general law on employment and human rights (and more specifically the UK government legislation, the Modern Slavery Act 2015), we have reviewed our existing compliance and risk management process to ensure measures are in place to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain.
SGIH has adopted a modern slavery statement approved by the board of directors. This statement, presented on our website, supports our policy and outlines our approach to addressing modern slavery and human trafficking.

PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
• Modern slavery is a criminal offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Modern slavery can occur in various forms, such as forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. Modern slavery and human trafficking exploit an individual for the personal or commercial gain of another.
• SGIH has zero tolerance to modern slavery and human trafficking. SGIH supports the Modern Slavery Act 2015 fully.
• This document sets out the business’s policy against modern-day slavery and human trafficking in addition to the standards and procedures required to ensure compliance with the policy, our business and supply chains.
SG International Holdings Ltd (SGIH) is the parent company of a group of companies that specialise in the UK in supply chain and motor trade.
Trading is through:
• CBW Group Holdings Ltd, CBW Resources Ltd (AMCO), CBW International Ltd, CBW Resources and Sandalwest Ltd, whose principal activities are transport and logistics.
• Allen Ford (UK) Ltd (“Allen Motor Group”) whose principal activities are the sale, repair and service of new and used motor vehicles, and the sale of accessories and replacement parts.
Non-trading companies are CBW Customs Ltd and CBW Packaging Ltd. This statement refers to all companies within the group that are incorporated in the UK.
We establish a relationship of trust and integrity with all our suppliers, which is built upon mutually beneficial factors. Our supplier selection and on-boarding procedure includes due diligence of the supplier’s reputation; respect for the law; compliance with health, safety and environmental standards; and references.
We have not been made aware of any allegations of human trafficking/slavery activities against any of our suppliers, but if we were, then we would act immediately against the supplier and report it to the authorities.
CBW Resources Ltd (trading as AMCO) currently has approximately 260 employees.
Allen Ford (UK) Ltd currently has approximately 1,200 employees.
SGIH is committed to:
• Zero tolerance toward modern slavery and human trafficking.
• Complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and other relevant legislation.
• Reviewing and strengthening risk management practices annually.

RISK ASSESSMENT
In the past year, we conducted a risk assessment of our supply chain by considering:
• The risk profile of individual countries based on the Global Slavery Index.
• The business services rendered by the suppliers.
• The presence of vulnerable demographic groups.
This assessment has determined our response and the risk controls that we implement.
SGIH recognises potential risks within their supply chains, particularly involving subcontractors and lower-tier suppliers.
Measures include:
• Rigorous supplier onboarding and compliance checks.
• Supplier audits with termination rights for violations of modern slavery standards.
• Annual risk assessments considering country risk profiles and the Global Slavery Index.

POLICIES AND TRAINING
• Whistleblowing Policy – We encourage all employees, customers, and suppliers to report any suspicion of slavery or human trafficking without fear of retaliation.
• Employee Conduct Rules—Our conduct rules encourage employees to do the right thing by clearly stating the actions, responsibilities, and behaviour expected of them when representing the business. We strive to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behaviour when operating and managing our supply chain.
• Training Programmes – educate employees on identifying and addressing the risk of modern slavery.
